It doesn’t have a lot of accessible content, but it does have the odd word with accents. It doesn’t seem to have any problems rendering them in NetSurf.

Of course, since there is no multiline paragraphs :)

It couldn’t just be that you put a space yourself after the character entities, could it?

No, but Netsurf assume there is one. See here:

It’s really a bug, and there is nothing to do (except not using character entities).
Anyway, now all website is in UTF-8.
