There is DPScan, but it appears to be only available as a part of OvationPro. |

It’s listed as a supported format in xnview if renamed with a ‘.acorn’ extension |

There is also Snapper which allows you to save the screenshot as jpeg or png which are easier to transfer to Windows. It’s also a lot more flexible in what to capture than Paint. |

It is relatively easy to translate a sprite to a TIFF (which Windows can read) as you can add all the header stuff at the end of the file. BBC BASIC for Windows has a very good library of routines. It does need a bit of knowledge of the TIFF format…. |
