What did happen to the source code archives on the download page?

The problem is the cvs daemon keeps falling over and we’ve no idea why. This means that the ROOL cvs user isn’t logged in on the server when the nightly source archive rebuilder tries to do its thing. And the result is the CVS checkout operations all fail and you get a pile of useless archives. We’re looking into it.

Did anything ever come of storing the charge voltage/current for the battery backup in CMOS or elsewhere? Or passing them as parameters from the boot loader? As far as I can see, it was last discussed here. I’m sure I can roll my own ROM with the values I want in, but just wondered if there was another way now?

Okay, thanks for confirming. Having just trawled the OMAP3 HAL code, I’m pretty sure the battery charging isn’t enabled anywhere in there. Then I remembered Andrew Conroy’s configure plugin that does the job. And for others who end up here looking for info about this, another useful thread is here.
