Troubleshooting guide

I’ve started a page on the wiki to act as a troubleshooting guide for people using the OMAP3 port. As you can see I haven’t got very far, since my lunch break is now over ;)

If anyone (knowledgeable!) wants to add to the guide then feel free to do so. E.g. explaining the “no keyboard detected – autobooting” message, mentioning the fact that sometimes USB devices aren’t enumerated quickly enough, leading to the machine not booting to desktop, how to get basic information about a crash to help a programmer with debugging it (I’m sure there must be a guide to this on the wiki somewhere already – if not, write one!), etc.
