I’ve recently got a BeagleBoard-xM rev C board. When I tried using the pre-built SD card image I downloaded via the links After mounting the SD card I could see that the image had MLO and U-BOOT.BIN Its great to have a working RISC OS system again. I’m currently using 3 of the BB-xM USB ports for Keyboard, Mouse and boot stick – if I |

Maybe it’s a rev.C issue. Those images are pretty old now! Glad you got it working though. You could try uploading your image for others to try on previous board.
AFAIK it should do because it just functions as an onboard USB hub. |

I had a problem getting mine to boot at first. I created the SD card image using SDCreate on my Iyonix. The problem appeared to be capitalisation of the filenames. I happened to have Fat32FS running which appears to changes the case of the first letter of the file name and the case of the extension of the file so file.JPG becomes File.jpg I rebooted my Iyonix without Fat32FS and was able to create a working SD card first time. Maybe I have got his all wrong wrt to Fat32FS but that was the solution that worked for me. |

If anyone else fancies confirming these errors, the relevant page is Ready-to-go SD card images. Perhaps it should be renamed “Ready-to-catch-you-out SD card images”! |

Both MLO and u-boot do appear to have been updated for various board versions at various times. On my MAC I ran strings on each MLO. The MLO I have supports rev A, rev B and rev C of the BB-xM So it looks like there are two possible issues, the first being that MLO and u-boot have been updated and the second that I’ve added a new note (3.) to the images page. |

Mm, that’s right. I had to use the version that came with my revision C rather than the one here. |
