I am seeing that the site has expired when I visit. Is anyone else getting this message?

My father who ran the site had a lot of trouble keeping it secure. He recently told me in an email that he got had to take the site offline as it was becoming more trouble than it was worth. I’ll let him know that people have been asking about it.

I so want to help, as security is my area of expertise, but I have a tough time staying motivated on others projects. I fear I’d only let people down. T.T

Maybe we should have a *nix forum so people can support others on sysadmin/web server management for RO users?

Can you say what the security issues were? Of the web interface (which looks to be static HTML from the source of the archive.org version) or of the server? What was the server setup? There are ways to help out (eg wearing my riscos.info hat) if we know what the problems are – at least, if Martin is still interested in generating content or people want to keep the existing content.
