What happened to boot commands?

I decided to wipe my iyonix reflash to 5.18 and install the latest hard disk image. Unfortunately it doesn’t work – X and IfThere are missing. These were in the 5.16 rom in bootcommands but boot commands isn’t in the 5.18 rom and I can’t find them in the !boot supplied with the disc image. Am I missing something? |

The module is there, but it’s unplugged. Different ROM builds can have the modules in a different order, but unplugged modules are stored by number, not name. Before changing ROM you had a different module unplugged. *unplug lists current unplugged modules. |

We could probably update the flash ROM tool to automatically update the list of unplugged modules. Or maybe use bold flashing text in the press release to make sure people spot the warning ;) |

It would be handier for the flash program to reset the cmos to what should and what should not be unplugged by default. I rmreinited everything only to find that the sharefs icon had appeared. At first I thought it was a new way to display multiple drive icons in a window at first. What I could do with now is a program to automatically download netsurf then it’s just a matter of downloading programs I need and would give me access to help forums. |

Something like a package manager? ;-) Being serious now the need for out of the box internet access has been realised – hopefully this will be resolved soon |
