Suggestion: Application new features list/changelog

I’ve just downloaded the new binaries following the recent releases, and I can see that a lot of work has gone into what’s been done, congrats, guys.

One small niggle: I was surprised that I couldn’t find any obvious list of new features for any of the modules or apps.

Might I suggest a few pages on the wiki detailing the basics of what’s new in each released component? It’s something I could happily contribute to as someone who understands a little about how the software works, but doesn’t have the skills to play with coding (although obviously as it stands, I’m not aware of what changes have been made, other than those I can see for myself).

This is just the sort of thing that an enthusiastic member of the community ;) could do for us. If you create the pages on our wiki, you should be able to find the information you’re after by browsing our cvs repository and looking at the log messages (usually for the VersionNum file in the root of each component’s sources).

Give us a day or two to recover from the show and we should be able to get all of the Batch Two stuff into the cvs repository on our site.
