bzip2

I have had several crashes with the ROOL untarbz utility so i have ported the latest bzip2 using unixlib. It is very friendly source and makefile, and I think if you really needed it compiled with norcroft or mlibscl it wouldn’t take much.
I have noticed from the supervisor that even though the new binaries are converted to AIF that they still require !SharedLibs to have been run, as well as SharedULib module.
My version will accept the riscos name and I think all I need is to set a run$Type alias so a double click will unbzip the file in the same directory. That brings me to wondering about a filetype and if one is planned. It would cover /bzip /bzip2 /tbz and /tbz2.
