Risc OS Open On Cotton Candy

Hi,
anyone know if it’s possible to run risc os open over a cotton candy machine? There will be a port of risc os open?

Depends on documentation for the chip, and the ever-scarce developer time! (FXI Cotton Candy – Galaxy S2’s CPU, USB stick form factor, HDMI vid output, sub-$200, 2H2012)
