How to do WikiLinks with an anchor

The RISC OS Open WikiLink page https://www.riscosopen.org/wiki/documentation/show/Wiki specifies you should always use Wiki syntax for links between pages which is fine, except I don’t understand how to perform links to anchors within another page using this method.

Anybody know the correct way to achieve this using the WikiLink syntax method?

I think that whenever I’ve wanted to link to an anchor I’ve just used a regular link, e.g. "blah":DeviceFS%20Technical%20Details#desc

As long as the page also contains a wikilink to the target page there shouldn’t be any danger of the wiki thinking the target page is unreferenced and deleting it.

Thanks. I’ll use this method for linking to external page anchors. Not ideal I guess, but it’ll have to do.
