RE: ARMv7 inline assembler in C compiler

I suspect one of the reasons this bounty hasn’t been supported too much this far is that it is a bounty for work on a closed source, commercial product.

Perhaps contributions above a certain threshold¹ could be incentivised. Could consideration be given to providing such contributors with discounts on the tools and/or future upgrade(s)?
