Num lock

Given the variety of keyboards probably being used, would it make sense to add;

FX 202 4 251
FX 118

as a permanent addition to !Boot.Utils.BootRun?

At the moment I insert it near the end just after the break/escape key set but have to remember to do so whenever this file is updated.

I have a nice compact keyboard, that always comes up with numlock, such a change would be nice, but wouldn’t it be better added via the keyboard configure option? (ie an extra Numlock section)

I was making the assumption that FX 202 doesn’t toggle so wouldn’t affect anyone not using a compact keyboard so no config necessary.
