Hang in Service_PostInit

I have rebased my code to recent rom , should have done this a long time ago, but better late than never!

Boot stops at:
Service_PostInit
Issue_Service

Any hints on why this might fail?

I also see random crashes (most often in USB) when cpu speed goes up.
