RK3399 and the lack of status
I believe that many assumes that there is somewhat works on the RK3399 SoC. I am myself to blame because of being quite open with my NetBSD / riscos project. In fact , there is no promise on anything. I hope that we will see fully featured RISC OS on Pinebook Pro, but time will tell. Thats all I have to say! Thank you for your attention. :) |

@ Michael
Hopefully this statement is not addressed to anyone in this forum because in that case it would be just offensive and nothing more. Anyway, let’s assume the term “trolls” were used improperly for the specifics. Thanks for the update, nobody implied you were working on Linux as the 2nd OS. As a matter of fact my points (on Linux) were more addressed to the conversation and the possibility to use Linux as well. But, in any case, do not worry there are plenty capable developers around to pursue the linux path if people fancy, so I do not see any issues in either ways. Good luck with your work and hope you’ll have fun :) |

Removed the term trolls. No attack on anyone, just a bit tired of explaining everything each time. Peace and love:) |
I think I may have used RO and Linux in the same sentence. |
Ok so completely removed offending sentence! Very sorry for typing it in the first place. |
<BANG!> Happy? Jeez, guys, calm down. It’s finally the weekend. Enjoy it! |
@Michael all good, no worries, just got busy with work and could not check the forum for a while :) @Rick
Almost! still working here, but my mini.m is already on!!!!!!! :))))) |
BANG! You’re talking to dead people now? |
No, it was my fault – but it’s OK. Rick shot me, so I’m dead :) |
I have been for about a year now… |

Fair enough, there’s a ginger and white furry thing round here – the three live cats keep reacting to stuff where he always used to hang out. Being dead for a decade obviously hasn’t changed things. Much like 26-bit software I suppose, or is Impression on life-support? |
