I guess that most or all ports has fixed cpu frequency. There are ways to have a counting timer that more or less works like soc timer..
The timer is set at el3 and what runs there are port specific. Anyway since it can be read , it is a simple divider, just like we do with soc timer. Not home right now but will definitely try it on the port I currently works with. |
