QEMU / KVM

With some specific versions of QEMU, RISC OS can work with emulation under Linux or Windows, and with virtualization under ARMLinux. Good point would be to have a version of RISC OS adapted to vanilla QEMU. So it’ll be easier to install it on other computers, or to use it – at almost full speed – on new ARM motherboards (with Linux + KVM or a bare metal hypervisor based on KVM). RISC OS will also become compatible with all ARM servers. |

I just found this webpage he states:
So what if we port RISC OS to this platform would we be able to run it on a rasberry pi 2 besides linux that uses 3 cores? Other questions I have are what about the screen, network and usb? |

Yes, it will. And the same version of RISC OS will run unchanged on all ARM 64bit servers/desktop, and on all Cortex-15/Cortex-A7 computers.
It’s all managed by QEMU/KVM. You can even have a VNC like screen. |
