Can anyone help? I have a Maplin supplied adapter – manufacturer’s name not shown on the device or the CD. It refers to ASIX AX88772 in the Windows installation. It is not seen on RISCOS. Is it simply a case of not being one of the ones suitable for the BB running RISCOS? I have USBDriver 0.50 installed and the suggested obey file in .Autosense. Thanks for any help you can give. Gerald It appears that the AX88772 is support according to the EtherUSB help file. So just to double check you have the follwing installed: EtherUSB module You should have a file called EtherUSB in Also a file called SetEther or EtherJ which should an entry like: Set InetSetup$Driver$USB EtherUSB:ej0:EtherUSB:0.09:EtherUSB You should also check that you have ticked EtherUSB in the Network configuration window. Make sure you have set LMTransport to IP by either using Paul Vigay’s MiscSet utility or going to task window and *Configure LMTransport IP. You can check if the interface is working by typing *help EtherUSB and you should get details on the EtherUSB module if it is loaded correctly. Hope this helps Doug |
