Bug tracker temporarily offline

A fault has developed in our bug tracker that causes it to consume all CPU on our web server when we attempt to start it. The problem seems related to the Subversion repository and causes sufficient load of the back-end database that the rest of the web site becomes unable to respond – this was the cause of our brief site down time earlier this week.
I’m investigating the problem but other commitments mean it may be a while before it can be resolved. In the mean time, if you have bugs to report or discuss, please use the bugs forum.
Thanks for your patience!
It isn’t the syntax colouring again, is it?
(Months later) No. Whenever it comes up, something goes horribly wrong inside the database engine itself and everything collapses.
