Bring the static image collection up to date in SVN.

Bring the 'objects' static WWW files under revision control.

Add a file which simply lists the name of objects in the real
static WWW tree which are symlinks to other areas. In the event
that the system had to be reconstructed entirely from SVN, this
information is invaluable. The "destination" (target) of the
links is implicit from the listed leafname.

Relax robots restrictions to leave only uninteresting or automated
site sections excluded. Have to wait and see if extensive link
crawling in the forum or bugs database causes problems.

Following Revision #300, committing the updated main CSS file.

During development, a CSS file with "_2011" was used in the main
static web content. Renaming the original CSS file to its new,
"_2011" name in SVN so that diffs can be generated and history
is (sort of) maintained.

Removed redundant CSS file which isn't present in the main, served
data trees. Overlooked in previous commits.

Added icons overlooked in previous commits.

Updated to AWStats 7.0.
