Deleted redundant temporary directory structure - Typo recreates it
on the fly as needed - and files in app/views/shared that are related
to use of a particular theme and shouldn't be kept there in the
source tree.

Somehow, the updates to the 'theme' and 'powered' partials required
to fit in with the new footer design exported from Radiant were not
checked in previously for RForum. Now they are.

Added <r:parent> tag in line with a Radiant mailing list post. The
implementation may change in future in relation to an alternative
approach suggested in a follow-up, but the implementation used in
this revision is good enough for now.

Further layout improvements for page editing, rollback and creation.
Always renders at least the static shared sidebar in the default layout
now. Changed engines.rb to work around a RedCloth 3.0.4 problem that
showed up when Rails 1.1.4 was introduced concurrently. A mailing list
query has been lodged about it. In the mean time, newlines in textile
input will not produce line breaks in the HTML output and HTML in the
textile input is being manually escaped by simply replacing "<" and ">"
with HTML entities. Fixes Ticket #34.

in the Collaboa public images directory. Removed.
