I got this copy from:

  http://dev.rubyonrails.org/svn/rails/tools/i2/trunk/

(I.e., svn checkout [foo] - it uses the HTTP protocol, not SVN).
There's a slightly newer branch at:

  http://dev.rubyonrails.org/svn/rails/tools/i2/branches/alexey/

This version doesn't come from the branch though.
