Ticket #253 (Fixed)Sun Oct 03 23:44:44 UTC 2010
Forum does not render tables in either Textile or HTML
Reported by: | Trevor Johnson (329) | Severity: | Minor |
Part: | Web site: Beast (forum engine; forum pages) | Release: | |
Milestone: | Status | Fixed |
Details by Trevor Johnson (329):
Being able to lift tables from HTML documents can be useful for sharing information without directing readers away from the ROOL site.
There’s no warning of this omission in the ‘Formatting Help’ note.
A workaround is to resort to fixed width formatting using <pre> tags
(If this is merely a user incompetence error, someone please explain and close this ticket down.)

But apparently tables can be rendered by the bug tracker. Let’s try.
VDU code | _/2~<{width:3em}. Ctrl plus | _/2~<{width:4em}. Extra bytes | _/2~<{width:30em}. Meaning | |
---|---|---|---|---|
_~<{width:7em}. # | _~<{width:5em}. # Hex | |||
<^(#0). 0 | <^. &00 | <^. @ | <^. 0 | <^. Does nothing |
(And if that doesn’t work, there’s a table in the third comment here )
