SpriteOp 11 (merge sprite areas) gets slow for large numbers of sprites

It currently does does delete 1, compact area, copy new one over.
It would be faster to do all the deletes, 1 compact, then copy.
Spotted doing a *ICONSPRITES command on a full set of disc sprites for Sovereign on a (not very fast) A7000. Approx 2MB file, 350 sprites, merge moves 700MB+ of memory around.
