ChangeFSI has no interactive help

Details by Sprow (202):
Of all the obtuse dialogue boxes in the world, ChangeFSI is a prize winner – could do with some !Help on the front end. Also, probably worth changing the messages file to use MessageTrans.

Mental note to self (since I just looked into the feasibility of this)
1. You can’t convert Source/ChangeFSI to text because it has ~10000 lines, so can’t be TEXTLOADed on an old copy of BASIC because it uses a default line step of 10.
2. There’s no way in the sprite output dialogue to select 180×180 dpi output (not related to interactive help, more a general observation)

Would “util.Number” help with the line limit problem? That takes the text source and adds line numbers to each line. IIRC the original aim was to make it faster for BASIC to load the file, but I guess it would also suppress the automatic renumbering (which is perhaps the cause of the slow bit).
For some reason this tool isn’t in the standard tools folder, but it’s in the sources of a few components, e.g. https://www.riscosopen.org/viewer/view/castle/R…

- Status changed from Open to Fixed
5k of help added to ChangeFSI 1.37.
Also – per Jeffrey’s comment, moved ‘Number’ into the centrally available standard tools.
