SciCalc UI confusion

Details by Sprow (202):
The ‘Remember current position’ check box in SciCalc’s choices is both confusing and non Style Guide compliant. Ticking the box and clicking ‘Save’ is the only way to activate it, but reopening the choices then shows it to be deselected (as though the setting was forgotten).
If placed in a persistent dialogue, this should be an action button, though that seems a little unnatural in my personal view it would at least be Style Guide compliant.
My suggestion is to remove it from the choices dialogue and put it in the menu that appears when clicking on the open calculator window (as “Save position” for example) or perhaps in the iconbar menu – though that would then need greying out if the window was not open.
