Typo headings don't show link styles

H1 and possibly other typo headings don’t show link styles – see in a recent Community post which included a “mailto” link in the heading that was effectively invisible, although active. Check CSS.

H1 styling altered to give dotted underline as in brown navigation bar. See Changeset #95.
