InetSetup doesn't come with Morris4 or Ursula icons

Like the other configuration plugins, !InetSetup only provides Sovereign icons for the application and interface icons. Unlike the other plugins however, it gets used on RISC OS 3.x as well, and RISC OS 3.1 also adds it to the Apps directory. As such, it would be nice to have the Morris4 icons from those versions of RISC OS included as well.
