Add !SpritesA2 files to the Sovereign theme

RISC OS has supported application sprites with alpha transparency for a while, but the Sovereign theme (and themes derived from it) don’t provide !SpritesA2 files that make use of this. As a result, a lot of those icons don’t look great against a non-grey background.

One for the original designer, Richard Hallas, perhaps? ROOL doesn’t have the source Artworks designs to be able to generate SpritesA2 variants.
