This is the stable release of RISC OS 5.24 for the RiscPC, along with a flash programming tool for the Kinetic RiscPC only.

On a Kinetic RiscPC, use the flash programming tool provided in the archive.
On RPCEmu, install the ROM image in the “roms” folder. Delete (or move elsewhere) any other ROM images already in that folder.
