The purpose of this call is to write the keyboard auto-repeat delay in centiseconds.
You must hold down each key on the keyboard for a number of centiseconds before it begins to autorepeat.
This call enables you to change the initial delay from the default set by *Configure Delay , . stored This in variable may also be read or set byOS_Byte CMOS 12?. This variable may also be read or set by OS_Byte 196. This setting is persisted in the machines CMOS RAM.
The auto-repeat rate is set by using OS_Byte 12
