The purpose of this call is to read the name of the library directory, and privilege status in relation to that directory.
The data returned in the buffer is in the following format.
<0><name length byte><library directory name><privileged byte>
of the library directory.
The names are stored without termination byte.
OS_GBPB 5 reads the name of the disc which contains the current directory, and its boot option.
OS_GBPB 6 reads the Currently Selected Directory (CSD), and privilege status in relation to that directory.
