The purpose of this call is to write data to a socket a socket given a message descriptor which includes the address and a vector of buffers to use.
This SWI directly corresponded to the function sendmsg
in 4.3BSD.
This SWI is deprecated; the format of the message block in R1 was changed in Internet 5.00 and a new SWI added which accommodates the new layout. See Socket_Sendmsg_1 for details.
