Type 1 is an extended form of list type 0. After the list of VIDC parameters comes a list of “extended VIDC parameters”, containing additional mode data.

The base mode field specifies the mode number for which the values of any unspecified parameters should be taken from.
Each VIDC parameter contains the VIDC register address in the top byte, and the parameter value in the bottom three bytes. This corresponds directly to the address which the CPU must write to in order to program the registers (In (The VIDC1/2 systems, the control registers weren’t attached to the processor data bus – the value to be written to the register had to be encoded in the address lines)VIDC control registers weren’t attached to the processor data bus – the value to be written to the register had to be encoded in the address lines)
